I got an email today from a long-lost friend who said that the Doombus is a place where I used to have a blog. What is this "used to"?
Many things are happening that make me think "Surely I will blog today."I am forever inspired by Lisa of Lisablog who not only manages to write everyday while running workshops and writing books and living a very full life, but even sneaks beautifully
alliterated sentences in for good measure. Yet I can't seem to manage to do a load of laundry and drive the Doombus at the same time.
Even now, I should be walking outside to feed the parking meter lest I get a $75 ticket. You see how blogging is an additional stresser?
But I digress. Blogging about blogging is metapathetic and boring. This is the Doombus! It is supposed to be sunshiny inspirational let-me-fill-up-your-glass-whether-it's-half-full-or-empty kind of place. So I will tell you about an anonymous man whose split-second decision to exercise patience and altruism forever changed my life (maybe). I will tell you of this man, but first, I must go and pay the meter.
